Submit Contact Information

Submission of the following information is entirely optional, and repeats information you supplied to the Computer Society directly. By and by, the Computer Society will transmit that information to the Task Force on Information Assurance (TFIA) Chair. Filling out some or all of the information below will give the TFIA a better real-time awareness of its members. Please complete bolded fields. If you err in submitting information, or want to update your information, just submit it again. The most recently submitted information will be used.

Information supplied will be used initially only for contacting you regarding TFIA activities, and will not be made available to the general members of TFIA (except those who are also members of the TFIA Executive Committee), to other groups, or publicly. If any new use of the information is desired by the TFIA, you will be contacted for approval of that use. At your request made at any time, the record of your information will be erased. If the TFIA ceases to exist, all information received through this form will be deleted unless carried forward to the successor Technical Committee on Information Assurance (TCIA).
